More to come tomorrow.

22 March 2008

First day in the blog world. I'm relatively bored and I have work to do--reading the 281 page German novel, Transit by Anna Seghers--but it's not interesting enough for me to actually want to do right now. After talking things over with darthdecimatus, I decided to start this blog.

For the moment I'm short on topics to discuss but I'll be back at DubJay tomorrow night and the fun should start. Unlucky for you, though, I'm no longer directly involved in student government, so half the fun for you is gone. The trials and tribulations of DubJay track and field can be closely tracked here, though. They always make for interesting stories. Perhaps I can keep a daily count on miles, minutes, etc. However, I think I need to visit the doctor because I have had a pain in my left knee for quiet some time and it is not going away.

In other news, it's a big day in sports if you're from Pittsburgh and a fan of Tiger. Between Tiger Woods and the chase for six straight, the Pittsburgh Penguins and New Jersey Devils and Pitt basketball, everyone should be content throughout the day...assuming Tiger is in the lead, the Penguins wallop the Devils and Martin Brodeur and Pitt advances to the Sweet Sixteen.

Time to do something other than kill time here.
